Dear Google
Your email product, Gmail, is for the most part a great product. But over the past few weeks, I and others have noted that it sometimes takes up to 60 seconds or longer to send a single email or to simply navigate through the inbox. As someone who originally relied on word-of-mouth advertising, you above all companies should know the damage that can be caused by bad word-of-mouth, like this very post right here. Right now I’d be hard-pressed to recommend Gmail until you fix its problems. It’s actually making it hard for me to do my job because of it. Imagine that you need to send out 20-30 emails, and it takes up to 60 seconds to send each one. Can you understand how this is a BIG problem?
Fix your product.
